[Hpr] HPR Sticker Design

Here is the design for the 5"x 3" oval format. Is this the right size?
An Illustrator vector-based version (compliant with 123stickers'
submission format) and a Tiff are attached.
It is easy to tweak. Let me know if you would like any changes.
