[Hpr] On second thought...

You know, I think that some of the music on my older eps (before this
year, anyway), may have had the NC condition.  I've been particular
about that lately, but back then, when HPR was NC too, it wasn't an
issue.  Didn't think of it 'til now.  My own content on those can be
relicensed, and at least some of the music probably falls under
reasonable fair use, but I can't vouch for everything.
