[Hpr] LUG Presentation

In April, I gave a presentation at my LUG that was an introduction to
HPR as well as an introduction to recording and editing audio with a
Linux computer. From a Linux Users Group point of view, learning to do
thing with Linux is important; people are only novices until they learn
new things.
