For anyone who is still looking for a place to park on Sunday. The one on Church street is the closest, but was a little expensive. The one on University Ave (on the right hand side) was the least expensive ($13) and was only a little farther away. We drove around (and googled it Friday night) and that was the best I actually found posted prices for. The one on the left hand on University may be even less, but I never found a sign with rates.

Ken: Wait, what? You want interviews? I thought you wanted us to solicit for new hosts!? Man, we were doing it wrong all day.

On the bright side, the girl at the google table seemed interested in doing something with her group (GUG?) for HPR. Hopefully she'll follow through so the day won't have been a total loss.

I still need to book a room somewhere, but it'll probably be a ways away to keep costs down.I'm trying to figure out where I'll need to get to Saturday (and Sunday) morning to park, and how long it'll take me to walk to the site once I get there.

If you get there early in the day, there is a parking garage at the Galleria. That would be about a 5-10 minute walk. You can cut through the Yard at one of the gates by Out of Town News, or walk around the perimeter. It would be less windy inside the Yard.
There may also be parking up by the Divinity School, but make sure it is not a Permit-Only spot or lot.
Have a good time.
