[Hpr] Please help me test speex torrent

The tracker or DHT/PEX? I've got peers through DHT/PEX. But the tracker
itself is not working for me. You don't actually need a tracker to torrent,
but it sure makes it a hell of a lot faster to get peers when you do have
one.
