DOS.

DOS is a general acronym for "Disk Operating System", though it came to refer to the operating system used in the IBM PC, particularly Microsoft's MS-DOS.

This Introduction to the series also serves as a brief recap of my early history with computers, and the path that brought me to where I am today.

great show

Really enjoyed this episode. The mixing of computer and personal history was great. Can't wait for the next podcast.

You are most welcome

I'm glad you enjoyed this trip down memory lane. I'm basically releasing the DOS series shows about every four weeks or so, alternating with my GIMP shows.
